ISM is a combination of different holistic therapies, classical massage techniques and eastern healing methods such as ayurveda, lomi lomi nui, acupressure und shiatsu.

Abhyanga - Ayurveda whole body oil massage Abhyanga means anointing or rubbing. This whole body massage uses warmed high-quality oils. They serve to regenerate and harmonise all organ systems. The soft massage strokes provide the body with warmth and vitality.

Lomi Lomi Nui - Hawaiian massage and body treatmetn  The Lomi Lomi Nui is a whole body massage from Hawaii, comprising the elements of massage, dance and energy . It is a gentle massage reaching the deeper muscle layers. Principly a massage with the upper arms, whereby the massage strokes glide from gentle to powerful over the body.

Foot reflex zone massage
Using special techniques on the foot, reflective impulses are sent to the whole body relieving blockages and relieving tension  - after the treatment you experience a remarkable feeling of well-being.  

Relaxation massage
With an extensive, gentle and slow massage of back, neck and face a deep whole body relaxation is achieved.
