Our programme for your heart Under the motto "hale & hearty" we have put together a programme for a healthy heart for our guests - to suit all tastes and levels of physical condition: Here you can sleep yourself healthy (in a pine bed), eat healthily (organic and health foods), drink healthily - from Grander (revitalised) water to a stimulating glass of red wine - or get into shape with gentle stamina training.
Balance: Gentle stamina training (aqua aerobics in the new panoramic swimming pool, snowshoeing or cross country skiing, stretching & strengthening exercises, working out in the fitness room, ... )
Our LEISURE OASIS is a wonderful area for unwinding after a strenuous day or for just relaxing and feeling good.
Our sauna is a dry sauna of a temperature of up to approx. 90°C and cool down area.
In the steam room temperatures reach up to 45°C. Steam with added aromatherapy essential oils have a beneficial effect on body & soul.
The saunarium is a particularly pleasant combination of sauna and steam bath. The somewhat humid air is heated up to a temperature of approx. 75°C.
Our jacuzzi is a hygenically-clean freshwater pool. Self-cleaning and disenfecting after every use and filled with fresh source water for each individual. Therefore, only available with "feel-good token" (Euro 6,-).
The solarium too is "freshly cleaned" after each session thanks to its permeable sheet. You can "get a healthy tan" for exactly 15 minutes with a "feel-good token".
The massage chair - just give it a try - you'll see for yourself, how good it feels! Put in a 2 Euro coin and off you go!
The water sound bed is new in our leisure oasis. Relax to beautiful sounds and let yourself be carried away on the waves - to the land of dreams ...
Reiki is an ancient Japanese art of healing by the laying on of hands. Our master Peter will gladly come to the hotel for a treatment - just book at reception.
