Good to Know
- Local taxes:
Local taxes amount to € 2.00 per day and per person (children up to 14 years free) and is charged as extra. - Single occupancy surcharge:
€ 28.00 per day in double room - Underground parking (on offer since winter 2019/20):
€ 15.00 per day (limited availability) - Pets (dogs):
€ 15.00 per dog/day (no food included). We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in our dining rooms and wellness areas. - Unused facilities cannot be refunded.
- Smokers - non-smokers:
For the well-being of our guests during mealtimes, smoking is not permitted in any of our dining rooms. Smokers may smoke on the terrace (heated smoking area). - Check-in:
Please note that rooms are only available from 15:00. - Check-out:
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure.. - We would be happy to provide you with a cot/high chair free of charge on request.
Payment:
Payments are preferred in cash or with EC card, VISA or Mastercard credit cards.
Prepayment:
We require a prepayment of €200.00 per room for all fixed reservations (in summer) or €300.00 (in winter) to be paid into our Raiffeisenkasse Flachau bank account:

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Three days will be charged in the case of early departures or late arrivals. The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply in all cases.
Should the Corona situation will get worse again, we will again offer special, hotel-own corona cancellation conditions.

Take up our offer of holiday cancellation insurance so that you are covered if you have to cancel.
